Abstract
As a pedagogical science, the speech cultivation process serves a developmental purpose. In other words, by cultivating children's speech, usulika secures their ability to speak fluently through anatomical and gymnastic exercises of their speech organs; this also fosters in them the development of their thinking, mental activity, speech etiquette, and spiritual perfection. The youngster will be able to pause his speaking because a well-developed speech will be understandably expressive. In this article, feedback and feedback on the methodology and tasks of speech cultivation will be discussed.
