TEACHING RUSSIAN SPELLING TO UZBEK STUDENTS TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE FEATURES OF THE NATIONAL LANGUAGE

The article examines the specifics of teaching Russian spelling to Uzbek students, taking into account the influence of the native (Uzbek) language on the acquisition of spelling norms. Spelling difficulties caused by differences in the phonetic and graphic systems of the two languages are analyzed, and methodological recommendations for overcoming interlingual interference are offered. The article is based on modern linguodidactic approaches and pedagogical experience in teaching Russian as a non-native language.
