Abstract

This article analyzes the place of social and legal control in the society as a place of law enforcement, methods of increasing its efficiency and current issues. At the same time, in-depth analyzes are presented based on modern scientific research and legal reforms regarding the cooperation of the neighborhood institution with law enforcement agencies, the role of the neighborhood in crime prevention. This article also shows ways to improve the social security system. During the research, a number of practical proposals were developed to strengthen cooperation between the neighborhood and law enforcement agencies.
